The short chapters make this an easy book to read and gain perspective on everyday life, regardless of how much time you have. I really love the ease of being able to pick this book up and find a chapter that resonates with how I'm feeling or want to feel the rest of my day. It's almost like having a coach, mentor, and counselor in your back pocket or purse :)
